What you're buying

A RivalSnapshot report is a market intelligence report covering one trade in one town per market, delivered as a free Market Map census or on a monthly subscription plan. It is compiled from publicly available data at the time of collection.

How you may use it

Reports are for your business's internal use — planning, marketing, and operations. On the Agency plan, you may white-label reports and deliver them to your own clients under your brand, within your plan's market count. Reselling reports outside those terms isn't allowed.

Accuracy, honestly stated

We compile from public sources with care, but public data can be incomplete, stale, or wrong at the source, and AI-generated analysis can misread a review. A report is a snapshot of what was publicly visible on the collection date — treat it as intelligence, not gospel.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or any business outcome from acting on a report. The report tells you where the openings are; execution is yours.

Billing

The Market Map is free and requires no payment details. On paid plans (Snapshot, Monitor, Agency), checkout is handled securely by Stripe at order time; your plan activates — and your first snapshot starts building — the moment payment clears. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops future re-runs and billing, effective the next cycle. Unused monthly snapshot credits roll over and don't expire, and cancelling does not erase an accrued credit balance.

Fair use of the pipeline

One market means one trade plus one town. If an order is broader than that (a whole county, several trades), we'll contact you to split or quote it before running anything.
