What we collect from you

When you order, we collect what you type into the order form: your business name, website, trade, town, state, email, and phone if you share it. We use it for exactly two things: building your report and invoicing you for it.

Where report data comes from

Reports are compiled entirely from publicly available sources — public business listings, public customer reviews, the Meta Ad Library, public websites and social profiles, search results, and publicly accessible AI assistant answers. We never access private accounts, and we never ask for your logins.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share your order details with the competitors we analyze. We don't send marketing email beyond messages about your own reports and plan.

Report links

Your finished report lives at a private, unguessable link that is not indexed by search engines. Anyone you share the link with can view the report, so share it deliberately.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without tracking cookies. We keep our own basic analytics — which pages get viewed, which links get clicked, how far down a page people read — recorded against a random ID that lives only in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. It is not a cookie, it does not follow you to other sites, and we never attach your name or email to it. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash used to spot abuse. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all.

We also run the Meta and Reddit advertising pixels on our marketing pages so we can tell which ads bring people here.

Deleting your data

Email hello@rivalsnapshot.com and we'll delete your order information and report within 14 days.
